Spirit of PTA

A Connecticut PTA Award and Recognition Event

The Spirit of PTA award recognizes those volunteers who in their communities promote and encourage the essence of the PTA... every child. one voice.

This is Connecticut PTA’s celebration of volunteers who are outstanding members of PTA and who work for ALL children. Honor a senior citizen, teacher, custodian, superintendent, secretary, lunchroom attendant, or person who goes the "extra mile" for the PTA and for children.

Your honoree must be a PTA member (consider bestowing a membership if they are not a member) and an active contributor to the children of their community.

Honorees will receive a special certificate and gift thanking them for all that they have done for the PTA and for children at the recognition ceremony which is held during the Spirit of PTA Gala at the State PTA Convention.

NOTE: This award is bestowed only at the annual convention. If you want to honor someone at another time during the school year, think about giving them a CT PTA Honorary Life Membership award.
